Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation.
• Please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• A full unboxing video (without cuts or edits) showing the package opening from start to finish is mandatory as proof.
• The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval of the return request.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from Korru (wrong or defective product).

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect clothing item, please follow these steps:
